We need upgrade items (products) through the platform, e.g. MIcrosoft 365 Standard to Professional. Today it´s only possible by Micrsoft Partner Center.
Full upgrades, i.e., when you upgrade full quantity of the subscription, for NCE offers have been released. Partial upgrades are considered in future. Please the announcement in our Knowledge Base:
