Import price functionality require additional validation rules and UI notification.

According to current functionality, if there are incorrect values or duplicate lines, the user does not get any UI notifications from the portal.

There is no way of knowing if all prices where updated successfully.

The Import price functionality needs to show to the user who uploads the file, if there are duplicate lines or any fields in the uploaded file, contain invalid values.
