Notification on Auto renewal being turned on/off

A lot of Adobe potential customers ask if there is a possibility to introduce a notification whenever there is a change performed on a subscription Auto-Renewal status.
In general, they can view if it is turned off or on in the Subscription report, but it does not provide any tracking for recent changes and it appears to be useful.
