Automatic Sync or "Force Update" from Distributor Catalog to Existing Partners

We would like to propose a critical new feature to improve the operational efficiency for distributors on the AppXite platform.

The Problem:
Currently, when a distributor updates their master catalog (e.g., adds products, changes categories, prices, etc.), these changes do not automatically reflect in the catalogs of already onboarded partners. Only newly added partners receive the updated catalog by default.

For existing partners, we are forced to update each partner's catalog manually and individually to mirror the changes. This process is:

• Time-consuming and not scalable: It consumes hours of work that grow proportionally with the number of partners.

• Unsustainable: With the frequency of vendor catalog changes (like Adobe's), it is impossible to keep all partners consistently updated.

• Prone to errors: Manual updates increase the risk of discrepancies between catalogs.

The Proposed Solution:
We request the implementation of one of the following options (or both):

1. Global Automatic Synchronization: A setting at the distributor level that, when enabled, forces any change in the master catalog to be automatically replicated to all existing partner catalogs.

2. Bulk "Force Update" Function: An option in the "Partner Catalogs" section that allows us to select multiple partners and apply a "Update from Distributor Catalog" or "Resync Catalog" action. This would replace the partner's current catalog with the latest version of the master catalog.

The Benefit:
This functionality would eliminate a significant manual operational burden, ensuring all partners have quick and uniform access to the latest products and pricing. It would greatly improve distributor efficiency, enhance data accuracy across the ecosystem, and scale with business growth.

Context from Our Use Case:
This request stems directly from our difficulty in managing frequent Adobe catalog updates across 20 dozens of partners, a process that currently hinders our ability to operate in an agile and accurate manner.
