ADOBE - Allow customization of renewal notification content and displayed fields

We would like to have the possibility to customize the content and fields displayed in subscription renewal notifications sent by the AppXite platform.

Currently, renewal notifications include the following information:

• Subscription Name

• Renewal status/date

• Current Price

• Estimated Price

For our business model, the Current Price and Estimated Price fields are not always appropriate to be shared with resellers/customers through these automated notifications.

Suggested improvement

Add a configuration option that allows the platform administrator to select which fields should be displayed in renewal notification emails.

At a minimum, we would like to be able to hide/remove the Current Price and Estimated Price columns while keeping the remaining renewal information unchanged.

Ideally, the notification template could be configurable, allowing administrators to enable or disable individual fields according to their business requirements.

Business benefit

This would provide greater flexibility in customer/reseller communications, avoid displaying pricing information that may not be relevant or final, and allow distributors to align automated AppXite notifications with their own communication and commercial processes.

The preferred solution would therefore be a configurable notification template rather than a fixed notification format.
