Ability to set a future date when ordering custom services

When we order custom services (i.e. managed services), we would like to setup a future date, i.e. start this services on x/x/xxxx. Currently it starts immediately.

Similarly, we would like to be able to suspend at a future date, i.e. stop on that date!

    Hi Daniel, thank you for your patience, and allow me to bring some great news!

    Last time we spoke your platform already offered the ability to schedule changes to a subscription for a date in future - enable/disable renewal, change subscription name, adjust configuration, suspend, and even change markup as a seller. It works with pretty much all vendors supported on the platform, and some even allow scheduling changes to apply specifically on renewal.

    Now, we are testing a way for you as a managed service provider to be able to enable and configure scheduling for the services your offer. We will announce it in the release notes once it becomes available on your platform. At that time you will also be able to find a knowledge base article about it on https://support.appxite.com/. I will also update the status of this idea for you to receive the notification.

    Hi Daniel, thanks for feedback! By custom/managed services you probably mean your own value-add services that you onboard? Cheers!
