We will either prevent users from removing the last permission (if revoking access is the goal, the user should be blocked instead) or allow seeing permission-less users on the list. To clarify, when i remove all permissions from an userobject in the AppXite portal, the user itself is missing in the overview to be managed. The user itself is still able to login to the portal, but i am not able to edit his permissions anymore or to deactivate it.

I have now to create a ticket to delete the account or to reanable it with permissions, so i can mange it.
True, it can happen in theory. Removing all roles with all organizations from the user does not serve any practical merits, so we're viewing it as an unlikely edge-case. Does this happen regularly for you? How exactly?
Yes you understand it correctly, but was not possible to see the deactivated account in the users list. The account, after removing alle permissions, was gone from the list at all.
Hi! If I understand you correctly, this is already possible. You can open the Users section on your platform without selecting the customer. It will display all users on the platform regardless of status or access.
