Bringing Microsoft licenses, users and subscriptions over to Appxite with the Microsoft Import Tool.
This will allow you to provide yourself as partner but also your end user with self service to manage their license, users and subscription from Appxite.
You can create and delete new users in a customer's account from Appxite.
When you buy new subscriptions for a customer, the partner and or customer can assign the licenses to a new user from appxite
Thanks Jarno! In principle we agree that the platform should support assignment of licenses to end-users after the customer buys a new subscription. However, it may take some time before we can focus on this substantial upgrade.
The challenge mostly lies in doing this individually for every capable vendor, because each has their own specific integrations, processes and tools. Now our primary focus is to support as many of the new services big vendors are launching, and it presents the exact same challenge.
I can confidently say that we revise our position on this capability every year, because it is indeed frequently requested. We will continue to do it.
