    Hi Daniel!

    When the subscription has an active commitment, you cannot immediately update it. But earlier this year we added the ability to schedule changes on renewal. All you have to do is chose "After renewal/commitment" option on supported offers and submit the change order. All NCE offers that you can find in your platform are supported, give it a try.
