We will send an e-mail announcement as well, but this is the summary of the developments planned for EST, all planned to be available by 23 April 2026:
EST Indicators in the Subscriptions Page
The AppXite platform will display clear indicators directly on the Subscriptions page, flagging which subscriptions are due to renew into EST. This gives you and your teams an at-a-glance view to prioritize action without needing to run a separate report.
EST as an Auto-Renewal Option
It will be possible to set Extended Service Term as the scheduled renewal action directly on a subscription. Allowing you to manage EST opt-in across your portfolio.
EST-Specific Markup Configuration
It will be possible to configure markups specifically for EST offers. This allows you to set appropriate pricing for end customers who transition into Extended Service Term, keeping your margin strategy consistent and controlled.

On 2nd of March we released an update to the platform Subscription report, now showing each subscription's auto renew status - either expire, going into EST or renew on.
Till the EST enforcement date - May 4th, we also plan to update the platform to include capability to choose between the 3 options - renewal on, renewal to EST, expire on renewal. More details on how will that look will be shared soon.
